Welcome to the Pelvic Floor Bootcamp — an online class designed for anyone who wants to truly engage their pelvic floor: clients, students, clinicians, anyone ready to feel what they’re prescribing (or receiving) and make a shift.


Why this matters

  • Traditional PT school and many con-ed courses teach theory: anatomy, protocols, cueing. But they don’t always teach you how to truly exercise the      pelvic floor from the inside, and what it takes to feel it working.
  • When you practice the work on yourself, you develop immediate awareness of movement, nuance, connection. You’ll know what it feels like when      your pelvic floor is doing its job, rather than just instructing it.
  • That embodied awareness translates to better outcomes: improved bladder/bowel support, improved core/pelvic stability, better engagement — and a deeper connection to your body or your clients.


What you’ll experience

  • A live online class where you’ll be guided through real-time pelvic floor      exercise sequences, participatory and fun.
  • You’ll be working on your own body, just like you’ll later prescribe for      others — building internal familiarity and awareness.
  • We’ll cover foundational movements, tactile cues, posture and alignment, how to feel the difference between when the pelvic floor is engaging      appropriately versus when it’s compensating or out of sync.
  • You’ll walk away from each class feeling something tangible — not just knowing “what to do”, but feeling what doing it well actually feels like.
  • Starting 2026, we’ll host a meet-up (online + maybe in-person) for those who’ve joined: a community of people practicing consciously, sharing what they feel, refining movement, and supporting each other.

  • Clinicians or students who realize: “I know the theory of pelvic-floor exercise, but I don’t always feel the exercise myself — I want to close that gap.”

Class Offerings:


Pelvic Strength ONE:  

  • Prolapse-friendly: safe, pelvic-floor aware movement.  
  • Diastasis improvement — targeted core work for abdominal separation.  
  • Proper core strength — full core activation, stability, and form-first training. 
  • Follow along at home or in the office (or the home office). 
  • No equipment necessary (unless you want the challenge!). 
  • It doesn't get more convenient than this! 


Pelvic Strength TWO:  

  • Bladder leak reduction: Strengthen deep core & pelvic floor to reduce leaks.
  • Improve pelvic pain — release tension, retrain coordination of pelvic floor and adjacent systems to ease discomfort.
  •  Healthy back — build core & back stability, improve posture and movement to protect your spine. 
  • No experience necessary. 


Pelvic Floor Flow:

This VIRTUAL Pelvic Flow Class will work on what your pelvis needs to offset the stressors of the day. Focused on stretch, breath and downtraining, this flow class will help melt away tension needed to help you make it to 5:00 PM!
