 You’ll often get patients who already know pelvic health, can compare providers, and expect high quality. Charging high cash rates without being prepared can harm not just your own reputation, but the reputation of the field.

Other courses can cost $400-$1000+ and be mostly theory, with little follow-up. Group mentorships charge thousands, but your mentor’s attention is divided. I believe in giving you full focus, tools, feedback, confidence.

When you join the Hit the Floor Running Concierge Mentorship, you won’t be left scrambling for forms or unsure about what to ask or look out for. You’ll receive clinic-ready intake forms and cheat sheets so you walk into your sessions fully prepared:

• Intake forms that guide you through medical/surgical history, bladder/bowel/sexual function, current symptoms, lifestyle, medications, and all red flags you need to screen.
• Cheat sheets that summarize red flag warning signs, a quick reference for common medications & what they treat (plus side effects/considerations), differential diagnosis frameworks, and treatment modality match-ups. 
• Diagnosis video library: short, practical videos where you walk through assessment of specific pelvic floor diagnoses, examples of treatment sequences, manual therapy techniques, scar care, etc.
• Marketing & community tools: ideas for patient education and tips for talking about pelvic health in your community / families / extended network.

These tools are built to support your clinical decision making, help you build trust with patients, and ensure that no key piece of information slips through the cracks.

 At Hit the Floor Running, we believe being a “good pelvic PT” means much more than just diagnosing conditions well, helping one patient at a time, or earning high cash rates. It’s about upholding standards that honor our profession, our community, and the broader world we serve. That’s why we put accountability front and center — in every mentorship, every case, and every dollar you invest. 

As part of ‘Hit the Floor Running’, we believe accountability is equal parts professional, community, and humanitarian. That’s why every three months, a portion of the revenue from the 3-month mentorship cohort will be donated to research or a charity in pelvic health.

 Every 3-month mentorship cohort, a portion of revenue will be donated to a vetted research or charitable organization advancing pelvic health. For example:
 

• The Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Fund, part of the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research, which awards grants for evidence-based research in pelvic health PT. Foundation for Physical Therapy Research
   
• EndoFound (Endometriosis Foundation of America), whose mission includes increasing disease recognition, offering expert training, advocating, and funding landmark research. Endometriosis Guide+1
   

We hold ourselves to high professional standards. We believe that charging premium rates must come with deep knowledge, continuous learning, mentorship, and ethical practice. If new PTs don’t get strong foundational training, it not only undermines individual outcomes, it can hurt trust in our whole field.
 

We believe in community and humanitarian responsibility. Pelvic health is intimate; many patients are vulnerable. Our work matters not only in the clinic, but in raising public awareness, supporting research, contributing to equality in care, and ensuring every person gets respect, dignity, and treatment grounded in evidence..

 To amplify impact, mentees who host or participate in a community or charity event benefitting one of our partner causes (for example: awareness walks, educational events, fundraising for pelvic health charities, etc.) will be eligible for a 5% discount on their mentorship fee. It’s a small return, but more importantly, it's part of building a culture where professional education is tied to service and advocacy.
